United Membership

The offer set on the table as of right now is BS. The only way we can really bring them to our level is to have a United Membership. We have to stop the two contract controversy. We need to be back to our Original Union and make sure that the CELe members get a Fair deal.
The companies succeeded in dividing the membership, a divided membership will always fall.
United We Stand, United We Walk.
Some of the members have stated the idea to place the contract on hold/continue our current contract for 1 more year; thereby joining with our fellow brothers at CELe and fight for ONE fair contract that will have to be honored by EVERY UNION lab. ONE CONTRACT, ONE UNION. This sounds like a very feasible plan for all interested parties.
We need to make sure that the companies understand that we will not be going backwards.
